We currently operate multiple restaurant and hospitality concepts in Mishawaka, Indiana, including Corndance Tavern, Evil Czech Brewery, Jesús Latin Grill & Tequila Bar, and Carnegie Library Special Events, with continued expansion underway through Summit Steak Bar, our newest concept.
Jesús Latin Grill & Tequila Bar, our in-house butcher shop offers locally sourced meats, while our commissary kitchen produces house-made products for all our restaurant locations.

Employee Meal Discounts
All employees get a 35% food discount at all MFG locations (excluding private events) for the entire check (must be on one check).
Alcohol will always be at full price.

Employees are eligible for Health, Dental, and Vision insurance after 60 days of employment.
PTO
Salary 5 paid days (If used at once w/ days off it can be 7-9 days in a row) May also spread them out throughout the year. Each year of employment gains 1 PTO day.
Hourly Full-time employees (over 30 hours) are eligible for 1 week of paid vacation after 24 months of employment. (Pay based on average weekly hours)

Holiday Pay
We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Independence Day, Superbowl Sunday, and sometimes New Year’s Day. These Days are paid holidays for all salaried employees.
